Biography

Yelena Yemchuk is a Ukranian-born painter and photographer.

She studied at Parsons and Art Center Pasadena. Her photographs appear in Japanese, Italian and British Vogue, Another Magazine, The New Yorker and The New York Times. In May 2008, the Dactyl Foundation held a solo exhibition of her paintings.

She is currently working on her first photography book, Gidropark.
