The Sean + Kemp shoot was originally commissioned by NO Magazine, a New Zealand based magazine with whom I frequently collaborate.

I felt the work would benefit from reaching a global audience through Gravure Editions, a book imprint my company publishes. I approached them with the idea of publishing it as a joint publication and they were enthusiastic about the idea.

During the shoot, Sean and Charlotte were amazing. They brought an energy, enthusiasm, and collaborative energy to the process which is rare among celebrities. The shoot really flowed - at one point, Sean mentioned that Charlotte loves watermelon, so I sent an assistant out to get her some (which resulted in the watermelon picture). At the end of the shoot, Charlotte grabbed the hairstylist's motorcycle helmet and thew it on and started hitting poses. I suggested she climb on top of Sean and ride him like a motorcycle. Amazingly, she did.

Christian, the stylist, did an amazing job and brought fashion which was exactly on-point for them and their personal style - both Sean and Charlotte are into fashion and have amazing sense of individual style and Christian nailed it perfectly.

I kept in touch with Sean, who later said the shoot "turned out to be the best shoot we ever did!"

The book is available at Colette, Kiki de Montparnasse, Barnes & Noble, Amazon, my website and a growing list of other shops.
